Installation of impact crusher:
1.The impact crusher must be installed on the basis of stable ferro-concrete.
2. The height, depth, and dimension of the foundation should be separately calculated according to the soil quality. The sizes for installation are marked in the foundation drawing.
3.There should be enough space under the foundation in case of installation of transportation impact crusher and reparation.
4.Vibrationabsorbing material should be filled in the backlash between the crusher and the foundation to release the vibration.
5.The impact stone crusher could also be installed on steel frame.
6.The running device is on the right side when the crushing plant leaves the factory. As it stands, the device could be changed to the left, but the foundation should also be changed.
