The main technical parameters of rotary drum dryer – the drying capacity is based on the water yield per hour which is measured in controlled condition,such as wet material types, initial moisture content, final moisture content, hot-blast temperature and the ambient humiture. The change of any condition will affect the rotary drum dryer production capacity.
1.The wet material types of rotary drum dryer: here it refers to the combination form between the material and the moisture. The wet material can be divided into the capillary porosity material, the colloid material and the capillary porosity colloid material.
2.The water moisture of the wet material: the initial moisture content refers to that of the wet material before entering into the rotary drum dryer. Generally, if the wet material can be dried in the rotary drum dryer, the higher of its initial moisture content, the stronger the water separation capabilities of the rotary drum dryer, while the dried material quantity is decreased.

5.The ambient humiture: here it mainly refers to the influence of weather change. The atmospheric heating is taken as the drying medium of rotary drum dryer. The higher the temperature of atmosphere and lower the humidity, the better the drying effect will be.
6.The choice of the heat resource: it is very important, especially for the investment, hot-blast temperature, drying cost and quality, then environment protection and the automation control level of the rotary drum dryer.
